Do you have to be a member to have an event?
Absolutely not! Anybody is welcome to to host an event, golf outing or wedding whether your a member or not!
Are you open to the public?
100%! We are open to the public for all our events, happy hour, golf, etc! If you just want to come to happy hour and not golf, please do so!
So, your a semi-private golf course?
Yupp! We offer memberships for golf but totally open to the public as well!
How much are your golf memberships?
We have different levels of memberships to fit everyones budget. we offer individual, junior, senior, etc. We also offer walking and with cart golf memberships too!
Do you have golf leagues?
Yes! we have a mens, womens and a co-ed league that anybody is welcome to join! If you want to start your own, we would be happy to be your home course!
I want to have a golf fundraiser there!
No problem! Dates are first priority and obviously weekends book fast so inquire today! We have enough carts for 25 foursomes, after that we have to rent fleets of carts at an additional cost. We will do all the leg work for you in helping you host a successful golf outing!
Do you give lessons?
unfortunately, we do not but we can refer you to some great teachers!
Are there any golf leagues for kids?
Yes! We have a JR. golf league every Wednesday morning for kids ages 8-16 years old! We start in June (after school) and end in August (before school). registration forms and schedule is our website to fill out! The league walks just 9 holes but there are no instructions involved, just a golf league.
Can we host a private event there?
Absolutely! we host baby showers, bridal showers, cocktail parties, class reunions, birthday parties all the time! We require $100 deposit to reserve the date.
Can the groomsmen golf during the shower?
Absolutely! we do co-ed or "Jack & Jill" showers all the time! Set up tee times for your group ahead of time and the guys can enjoy the day just as much as the ladies!
Do you have a driving range?
Unfortunately we only offer a practice putting green. However, there is a driving range a half a mile down the road!
How do we conquer your back nine?
Play it more than once a year and sometimes you just gotta leave the driver in the bag!
How long do we have the room for?
Besides weddings, you are allowed in one hour prior to set up and decorate. Showers usually take about 3 hours but stay and enjoy the day! We don't do two events in the same day!
When do events have to end?
Evening events such as cocktail parties, weddings, class reunions all have to end by 10:00PM.
Can we decorate and set up the day before my wedding?
If nothing is booked the day before, yes! If something is booked, you may get access early the day of. Any events outside won't get set up until the day of. Please NO confetti or glitter!
Do you have a bar?
Yes! Any personal coolers or outside alcohol will be asked to leave. We are a licensed establishment so all alcohol before, during and after golf or events must be purchased through Aubrey's.
