- Please no confetti products (this means inside balloons)
- All credit card transactions will have a 3.99% processing fee on total invoice. There is no processing fee on cash or checks
- Guests are not permitted to bring their own alcohol onto the premises at any time. All alcohol is to be purchased through Aubrey's Dubbs Dred as we are a liquor licensed establishment
- Guests are not to bring in their own food except desserts (cookies, cake, cupcakes, etc.)

EVENT SPACE GUIDELINES FOR ALL PRIVATE EVENTS EXCLUDING WEDDINGS
Deposits Cash or check only
$100 deposit is required to reserve the room and hold your date along with a signed contract. All deposits are nonrefundable and non-transferrable. If the nonrefundable room rental security deposit is not received, the approval will be withdrawn. If no damages occur, the deposit will be deducted off final bill. Final payment may be made the day of or any day prior to event. We do offer a cash or check discount, all credit card transactions will apply a 3.99% fee.
Guest count
A final guest count, not subject to changing, is due one week prior to event date. Client will only be charged for the guaranteed number of guests served. After a final gues count is submitted, staff will then have your final invoice ready to preview.
Food and beverage
Clients are allowed to bring in their own desserts: cookies, cakes, cupcakes, etc. Menus can be found on website with appetizer and buffet menu options, all of which are served buffet style. Outside alcohol brought in my clients is 100% prohibited. All alcohol must be purchased through AUbrey's. Current sales tax and 20% gratuity will be applied to final bill.
